Spark Test: In order to inspect the welding quality, the specified voltage is used to detect whether there is any leakage in the thermoplastic weld.
Thickness Test: Use vernier caliper to measure the thickness of the product nozzle cut outs to check whether the thickness of FRP meets the design requirements.
Shear and Bond Strength Test: By testing the bond shear strength between the thermoplastic and FRP to check whether the product strength meets the design requirements
180 Peel Strength Test: To test the bonding strength of glass fiber backing and thermoplastic .
Hydrostatic Test: Test the bearing pressure capacity and sealing performance of the equipment.
